Preperation and delivery of a comparative market analysis (CMA) for use in determining the value of the home to be sold (No charge for this service) 9.) Liquidation of the real estate including sale of property by licensed real estate agent of clients choosing. 10.) Property management of rental propery if desired. ( Under separate contract)
